The implementation of large-scale international projects requires special expertise in terms of contracts, procurement procedures and operating methods, and we excel in all these areas. We are very familiar with the FIDIC contract models and utilise them in our projects.
We also identify the safety and environmental requirements for data centre projects and other large-scale projects, the related processes, and practices that deviate from the traditional construction site practices.
As a Finnish company, we understand how demanding, cold and changing climatic conditions must be taken into account in construction. We are familiar with Finnish legislation and official practices and know how to take them into account in locally implemented international projects.
